About these terms
These terms apply to the PACKIT iPhone app and its related services. PACKIT helps you record conversations and voice notes, turn them into transcripts and summaries, find information in your memories, and prepare or carry out actions you authorize.
Your agreement is with Usto AI Corporation, trading as Usto AI, the operator of PACKIT. Contact us at shsobirov.dev@gmail.com.

By using PACKIT, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is processed.
Using your account
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement to create an account or use PACKIT. If you use it for an organization, you must be authorized to act for that organization.
Use accurate account information and protect the account you use to sign in. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Access may be limited during testing or by the availability and usage limits shown in the app. Do not share credentials or attempt to bypass account restrictions.
Recording responsibly
You are responsible for deciding whether a recording is permitted and for giving notices or obtaining consent required where you and the other participants are located. Explain that PACKIT uses cloud services for transcription and AI processing. A microphone permission on your phone does not mean other people have agreed to be recorded.
Only upload or share material you are entitled to use. Respect confidentiality, workplace rules, privacy rights and intellectual-property rights. Before saving someone’s voice for recognition in future recordings, obtain any informed consent or other authorization that the law requires.
Your content
You retain the rights you have in recordings, text and other material you provide. You give PACKIT permission to store, transmit and process that material, including through its service providers, to operate the features you request. This permission includes making a transcript, generating a summary or draft, and sending content when you authorize an action.
This permission is limited to providing the service, protecting it and meeting applicable legal obligations. It does not transfer ownership of your original content to PACKIT. Rights in AI-generated output depend on applicable law; output may not be unique.
You can delete memories and your account using the app. Keep your own copies of information you need to retain. Deletion and provider retention are explained in the Privacy Policy.
Review AI output
Transcripts, speaker names, summaries, task assignments, answers and drafts can contain errors or omissions. PACKIT may miss a task, misunderstand a deadline or associate a name with the wrong speaker. Review source material and correct important details before relying on them.
PACKIT does not provide professional legal, medical, financial or other regulated advice. Do not use an automated result as the sole basis for a decision that materially affects someone’s rights, health, employment, finances or safety.
Email and calendar actions
Connecting Google is optional and requires the permissions displayed by Google. Preparing a draft does not by itself send an email or create an event. An action is carried out after your confirmation, or under an automatic action rule you have enabled.
Check recipients, message content, dates, times, time zones and attendees before approving a draft. If you enable automation, you authorize the corresponding actions under your saved settings, including after-meeting messages and invitations to your saved recipients. Review those settings whenever your intended recipients or workflow changes.
A sent email may be delivered immediately. A calendar event can send invitations to attendees. Disconnecting Google, deleting a PACKIT memory or deleting your PACKIT account does not recall messages or cancel existing Google events. Manage those items in Gmail or Google Calendar.
Delivery and scheduling also depend on your Google account, granted permissions, network access and Google’s services. A draft or attempted action is not proof of successful delivery; check the action’s result and your Google account if the outcome is uncertain.
Acceptable use
Do not use PACKIT to:
- Record, identify or monitor people unlawfully, or violate their privacy or confidentiality.
- Harass, impersonate, defraud or send unsolicited bulk messages to others.
- Upload material that infringes someone else’s rights or that you are prohibited from sharing.
- Access another person’s account or data, introduce malicious software, disrupt the service or evade security and usage limits.
PACKIT’s name, branding and software remain the property of their respective rights holders. These terms permit you to use the service; they do not grant ownership of it or permission to represent yourself as its operator.
Availability and payment
PACKIT is being prepared for a paid subscription release. Plans and prices have not yet been announced, and this website does not currently sell subscriptions. Any access granted for testing does not promise a permanent free plan.
Processing requires supported software, a working internet connection and available third-party services. Uploads or AI requests can be delayed or fail. Feature availability and usage limits may change as the service develops. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that AI processing will always produce a particular result.
Before you subscribe, the purchase screen will show the price, billing period, included features, usage limits and applicable renewal terms. You will not be charged without agreeing to the purchase. Do not assume that a free trial, discount or particular allowance applies unless it is stated in that offer.
If you choose an automatically renewing subscription, it continues under the renewal terms shown when you subscribe until you cancel. For purchases through Apple, manage cancellation in your Apple account’s subscription settings and request refunds through Apple’s purchase support. Deleting the app or a PACKIT account does not itself cancel an Apple subscription. Nothing in these terms removes statutory cancellation, refund or other consumer rights.
Ending use
You can stop using PACKIT at any time, disconnect Google and delete individual memories or your account in Settings. Account deletion is intended to be permanent. Export information you need before requesting it.
We may restrict or suspend access when necessary to address a material violation of these terms, a security threat, abuse or a legal requirement. Where reasonably possible, we will explain the reason and give you an opportunity to resolve the issue. Immediate action may be necessary to protect people or data.
If we discontinue the service, we will provide reasonable notice and a chance to retrieve your content where practical and legally permitted. Any rights you have under a paid agreement or consumer law continue to apply.
Responsibility and your legal rights
You are responsible for the recordings and actions you choose to authorize and for your use of the resulting content. We remain responsible for providing PACKIT in accordance with these terms and the law that applies to us.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer or data protection rights. The applicable law determines responsibility for losses, available remedies and where a claim may be brought.
If something goes wrong, contact us with enough information to investigate. Avoid including confidential recordings or other people’s personal information unless it is necessary to resolve the issue.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms when the service or applicable requirements change. The effective date above identifies this version. We will give appropriate notice of material changes and seek agreement where required. Changes do not remove rights relating to events that occurred before they took effect.
For product, account or legal questions, use the operator’s contact details at the beginning of these terms. You can also prepare a technical diagnostic report from Help & support in the app.
